Server
What You'll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking accurate orders, and delivering food and beverages promptly in a professional and friendly manner.
Utilize the Toast POS system efficiently to enter orders, process payments, and manage tabs, ensuring accurate transactions and smooth service flow.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and beverage offerings, to confidently answer guest questions and suggest additional items to enhance their dining experience.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, while also maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
Support Staff
What You'll Do:
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Assist servers by running food from the kitchen to tables
- Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Kitchen Staff
What You'll Do:
- Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Ensure all food items are properly stored and labeled
- Support chefs and other kitchen staff as needed
Dishwasher
What You'll Do:
- Operate our commercial dishwasher to clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Ensure all items are sanitized and meet our high cleanliness standards
- Assist with kitchen maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed
- Work efficiently to keep up with the flow of dirty dishes during peak hours
